Description

A Lithograph (after John Harris. 1833) of H .R.H . Augustus Frederick , Duke of Sussex. sixth son of George Ill. Ist Grard Master of the United Grand Lodge of England, 1813- 1843. He was one of the most forceful personalities to have occupied the Grand Masler's Throne . The throne was made in 1791 for George, Prince of Wales, Grand Master 1791- 1813 (see slide 8, Series A) .
