OBVERSE: Portrait bust nearly full-face of Henry Price, with his signature reproduced at the base; on the right, 1733/1933 Around, FOUNDER OF DULY CONSTITUTED MASONRY IN AMERICA/PROVINCIAL GRAND MASTER

REVERSE: 2OOTH/ANNIVERSARY/OF THE/ GRAND LODGE OF/MASONs/IN MASSACHUSETTS a medallion below bearing the arms of the Grand Lodge, with crest, supporters and motto, and at the sides the ends of a scroll with the dates 1733 and 1933.
