Description
An irregular shape, bearing a circle of dark blue enamel, around which is inscribed IOWA/GRAND LODGE Within, the square and compasses, enclosing the letter G irradiated, the square being in white enamel. In the upper left corner, FORT/DODGE and in the lower right, 1920.
REVERSE: Plain.
