Description
OBVERSE: A keystone, on which is the cross encircled by a crown, within a garter, with buckle below, on which is inscribed PENNSYLVANIA COMMANDERY Above, a cross somewhat of Templar shape, bearing the letters K. T. and with two horses as supporters. Around, PENNSYLVANIA COMMANDERY N° 70 K. T./PHILADELPHIA PA.
