Description
OBVERSE: An inverted triangle, on which are displayed a skull and cross-bones within a somewhat shield-shaped loop of rope, the letters F C B in the angles. Around, BIENNIAL CONCLAVE K. OF P. MILWAUKEE, WIS. Along two sides of the triangle, JULY 1890
REVERSE: Within a border of stars, a circular dais of two steps, on which stands a man wearing only a kilt-like garment, his hand on an axe which rests on a block; another figure is welcoming a third, clothed, who runs to him with hands outstretched.
