Description

OBVERSE: Robed female figure, standing, her left hand resting on a shield charged with a double-headed eagle, her right holding up a flag; at her side is a plaque bearing the dates 1878 and 1903. Border of cinquefoils and Masonic implements and symbols.

REVERSE: Inscription in 10 lines, beside an oval medallion which contains a crowned square and compasses enclosing two clasped hands.
