OBVERSE: Portrait bust to left; inscription around.
REVERSE: Ornamental pedestal, bearing on the front a shield displaying a rose with the motto VIA CRVCIS VIA LVCIS; on it stands an urn bearing the date 1890; at the base, the level and branches of laurel and palm; above, an eye within an irradiated triangle. Inscriptions around and across.
