Description
OBVERSE: Draped figure of Virtue, seated, a palm-branch in her left hand, and her right held above an open book which rests on a pedestal; at her back is the shaft of a column marked with the letter J. Irradiated triangle above.
REVERSE: Inscription in 10 lines, within a chaplet of acacia and oak.
