Description

OBVERSE: A fountain playing, three flaming torches on stands grouped around, and at the sides two columns; behind, a colonnade of Corinthian pillars, and a blazing five-pointed star above.

REVERSE: Inscription in 9 lines; a blazing sun above, and two sprigs of laurel below.
