Description
OBVERSE: Portrait bust full face, wearing a collarette from which is suspended a cross; inscription around.
REVERSE: Inscription in 4 lines, surmounted by a circle containing a shield, bearing a device of an anchor entwined by a serpent, surmounted by a helmet and mantled with foliage. At the sides ornaments fill the space.
