Description
OBVERSE: Portrait bust to left, wearing collar of the 33o.
REVERSE: Double-headed eagle, crowned, holding in its talons a naked sword, over which is draped a ribbon bearing the motto, DEVS MEVMQVE JVS; in front, a plaque with inscription.
