OBVERSE: A seated and draped figure of Hygeia, her left hand holding a palm-branch extended over the Hospital buildings; while a serpent coiled round her right arm is drinking from a bowl held up by a winged cherub at her knee; date in ex:
REVERSE: Inscription in 9 lines, within a chaplet of laurel tied at the base with ribbon.
