Description

OBVERSE: A medallion with Minerva seated, with helmet, spear and lion shield; Three Palm Trees behind, at her back an owl seated on a globe, and a temple on a hillock in the distance. The medallion is borne on the backs of two sphinxes, and supported at the sides by figures of the two Saints John.

REVERSE: Inscriptions around and across, within a tressured border of loops and curls.
