Description

OBVERSE: A crowned eagle, carrying an oak branch, with wings outspread, above the stump of a tree, against which are leaning two shields, one bearing Three Gavels and the other a heraldic device; inscription around.

REVERSE: The broken shaft of an ornamental pillar, with implements at its base. Above, ALIHUC STAT and date below.
