Description

OBVERSE: A nine-pointed star of rays, on the front of which is a medallion containing the square and compasses with the legend around [] X V L Z W sprigs of acacia and oak below, and inscription around.

REVERSE: A single flaming torch, erect, sprigs of rose with flower and buds below; date above and inscription around.
