Description

OBVERSE: A man, nude but for a cloak which floats behind him, and carrying a walking stick, walking across open ground, a few rocks in the background, and a bouquet or cornucopia in front of him; above, on the left the blazing sun and on the right a cloud from which lightning flashes. Around, ER WIRD IHN UNTERWEISEN DEN BESTEN WEG and in ex: PS • 25 •

REVERSE: A man kneeling on his left knee, his hands clasped on his breast, while beside him a winged figure points upwards to the blazing sun; on the ground are strewn Masonic and other implements, a globe and a wine-bottle. Around, WER IST DER—DER DEN HERREN FÜRCHTET?
