Description

OBVERSE: An ornamental altar with fire upon it; two hands, issuing from clouds, clasped in front, and level, square, compasses and mallet at the base. Around, L .’. DE LA SINCÈRE AMITIÉ and in ex: 0 .’. DE ROUEN/1822

REVERSE: Three interlaced triangles, enclosing an eye within a heavily irradiated triangle, the rays extending to the points of the triangles. Around, COEUNT IN FOEDERA DEXTRÆ
