Description

OBVERSE: A sphere, on which stands an owl; around the globe and below are ribbons bearing the words HONOR, AMOR and JUSTITIA; all within a chaplet of laurel and oak. Around, L .’. EC .’.DES IMITATEURS D’OSIRIS./OR .’. DE PARIS.

REVERSE: Within a triangle, a nude winged figure of Osiris, holding a level in his right hand and pointing upwards with his left; the letter G and an irradiated eye above, a cloud behind, and Masonic implements on the ground. Symbols in the spandrils around the triangle.
