Description

OBVERSE: A pedestal, bearing an open book, on a dais approached by steps from the front; above, an irradiated triangle, crescent moon and blazing sun; at the sides, two Corinthian columns marked J and B.

REVERSE: In 4 lines, within a chaplet of oak and laurel, HARMONIA/HONOR/HUMANITAS/REGUNT
