OBVERSE: Over a background of open diaper work, a Keystone with Lewis, bearing on its face the initials HTWSSTKS within a circle. Around, GRAND LODGE OF MARK MASTER MASONS rosette below.

REVERSE: A chaplet of lotus tied with a ribbon. Within, PRESENTED TO (blank); above, REWARD OF MERIT and below, small, KENNING.
