Description
OBVERSE: Within a circle formed by an endless serpent, a bust, full face, of the Provincial Grand Master, with chain. Around, W. H. SMYTH, J. P. D. L. & P. G. M
REVERSE: On a field consisting of the square and compasses interlaced with a circle formed of a buckled strap, irradiated, a shield displaying a cross bearing a fleur-de-lys. Around the whole, CENTENARY P. G. LODGE OF LINCOLNSHIRE/GRANTHAM 1892 Suspended by a ribbon, 25 mm., of light blue.
