Held at Merchant’s-Hall, in the City of York, on St. John’s Day, December the 27th,1726. The Right Worshipful Charles Bathurst, Esq. Grand-Master. By the Junior Grand-Warden. Olim meminisse Juvabit.

York: Printed by Thomas Gent, for the Benefit of the Lodge.

A red leather label on the outer cover bears the inscription in gilt lettering — The Gift of Sr. Charles Turner Bart. to the Apollo Lodge, 1782.
