"Ensigns of state that feed our pride,

Distinctions troublesome and vain,

By Masons true are laid aside,

Arts free-born sons such toys disdain,

Ennobled by the name they bear,

Distinguish'd by the badge they wear."


In Centre:-

The Arms of the Ancient & Honourable Fratenity of free and Accepted Masons


On right:-

Under Picture of 'The Sailors' Farewell'

"Sweet oh sweet is that sensation,

Where two hearts in union meet,

But the pain of separation

Mingles bitter with the Sweet."
