Description

A different design

Gilt lustre on rim and handle.

Three candlesticks on squared pavement. Sun; moom; stars and six pointed star in a white semi circle. Above is a series of steps on which stand two pillars supporting an arch with square & compassessurmounted by letter G in triangle between. And above figure of Charity.

Flanking the steps on left is a beehive on on the right a church.

Also a pair of pillars with globes. On the far left a woman with anchor and a ship representing Hope. On the far right a seated woman holding a book in left hand and a cross in the right hand

Below all:-

" The World is in pain,

Our secrets to gain,

But still let them wonder and gaze on

For they neer can divine

The Word nor the Sign

Of a free and accepted Mason"
