Description
OBVERSE: Beneath an arch supported by two Ionic columns, a draped female figure standing on a squared pavement. In her right hand she holds a balance, and in her left a sword; and about her head are seven stars. The arch is built of 11 stones, the centre being a keystone and bearing the square; around the arch are the numbers 2 5 6 3 At the sides are the blazing sun and crescent moon. The whole is surrounded by a wreath of oak and laurel; and draped over this at the base is a scroll or ribbon bearing the word JUSTICIA
REVERSE: Plain.
Attached to a bow of light blue ribbon.
