"OBVERSE—A representation of Liberty Bell, over which is “ Liberty Bell,” and below, “Lev. xxv. x. and surrounding it, “Proclaim liberty throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”

REVERSE.—” By joint resolution of the councils of the City of Philadelphia, the Liberty Bell loaned to the World’s Industrial and Cotton Centennial Exposition of New Orleans, La. 1885.’"
