Description
“Motard” is engraved as the name of the recipient. The medal is octagonal, and has been fitted with swivel.
Obverse—A temple with four columns ; between the two on the left “J.’’ and on the right “ B,” In the centre a radiant triangle, on which is a five-pointed star. In the pediment a five- pointed blazing star. Inscription, “L .'. Chap .’. F .’. Des Amis Triomp ,’, Conati .’. A L’O .’. De Paris,” In exergue, “5808” Reverse—” Recomp .’. D’Assiduite Cree Par La L :. en Decernee au F .’. Motard Union Sagesse Humanite 5845.”
