Description

The abbreviations are for La Respectable Loge Chapitrale Ecossaise. The Lodge is not now on the roll of the Grand Orient. This medal is probably a member’s jewel.

Obverse.—In a circle the inscription of five lines, “Medaille D’Assiduite — T.’. Q~ Mercredi de Chaque Mois.” Legend, outside the circle, “La R.’. L.’. Ch:. Ec,’. Les Trinitaires 0.’. De Paris ” (The Worshipful Scottish Chapitral Lodge of Tninitarians, &c.)

Reverse.—Between two sprigs of acacia, crossed at the bottom, is a triangle, surrounded by rays forming a star of sixteen points, in which is the All seeing Eye. On the triangle, “Force, Beaute, Sagesse” (Strength, beauty, wisdom). Decagonal.
