OBVERSE: Portrait bust to left; around, GRAND LODGE OF RHODE ISLAND ESTABLISHED 1791.

REVERSE: The Masons’ Arms, with supporters and crest, and, on a scroll below, the motto SUIVEZ RAISON Around, ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY/1891
