Description

OBVERSE: A pedestal, on the front of which are the square and compasses enclosing the letter G; on it rests an open book bearing the square and compasses; above, SEMICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION and over all, a radiant sun among clouds.

REVERSE: Inscriptions across and around.
