OBVERSE: A Templar cross, with crown above and two swords crossed behind; within the circular centre, a plain Latin cross, irradiated, encircled by the motto IN HOC SIGNO VINCES Around, SALEM OHIO/SALEM COMMANDERY N° 42. K. T.

REVERSE: In 7 lines, 46TH/ANNUAL CONCLAVE/OF THE/GRAND COMMANDERY/OF K. T. OF OHIO/CLEVELAND/ AUG. 28. 1888.
