OBVERSE: View of the Temple; below, DEDICATED/JUNE 22 1875 Around, MASONIC TEMPLE NEW YORK and above, an irradiated eye.
REVERSE: Circular shield of arms of the Grand Lodge of New York, with supporters, crest and motto on scroll below, HOLINESS TO THE LORD Above, a level and compasses, draped with a ribbon.
