Oval, pierced: on each side a small circle being surrounded by irregular rays, some of which extend to the oval rim.
OBVERSE: On a background of sprigs of acacia, a group containing square, level, compasses, mallet and trowel.
REVERSE: Inscription within a chaplet of acacia.
