OBVERSE: A triangle, enclosing the circular centre of an irregular five-pointed star formed of rays, between two sprigs of laurel, all encircled by a snake.
REVERSE: Ornamental shield bearing the dates 1824/1886, supported by a winged figure who stands behind; on a scroll around the lower portion, DEM VERDIENSTE SEINE KRONEN
