REVERSE: Within a circle formed by an endless serpent, RITE ECOSSAIS/ANCIEN—ACCEPTÉ/SUPRÊME CONSEIL/DE/FRANCE Around, NISI UTILE EST QUOD FACIMUS STULTA EST GLORIA
