Description
OBVERSE: Portrait bust to right; inscription around.
REVERSE: Group of South American natives, in attitudes of supplication, before a seated female figure, in whose left hand is an inverted cornucopia, while with her right she holds out to them a scroll on which is written 1871; a native in war costume behind the group.
