At the base of the square, two sprigs of acacia. Around, RESP LOG .’./EGALITÉ HUMANITÉ FRATERNITÉ and along the arms of the compasses, OR .’. DE /B. AIRES and along the sides of the Square, 10 ABRIL/1897
