OBVERSE: Across a double circle is a bar, narrower in the centre than at the ends, bearing the inscription TERCENTENARY OF RECORDS Above is an open book, with 1599 and 1899 on the pages; below, a shield of arms, per pale, three spires, a stairway ascending to a tall doorway in the centre; and the Masons’ Arms.
REVERSE: Plain.
Suspended by a 31 mm. ribbon of light blue from a bar inscribed THE LODGE OF EDINBURGH/(MARY’S CHAPEL) N° 1
