Obverse.—A phoenix arising from flames towards the sun, under which, in two lines, “16e. J:. Du 8e. M:. 5875” (October 16, 1785). Legend, “L:. Des Amis Incorruptibles AL’O:. De Paris’ .“ There is also the moon between clouds.
Reverse.—In a chain of love-knots, a cypher of the letters “A. T.” in script.
